Formula Regional by Alpine’s second half starts in Spa for Mari Boya

• The championship returns after five weeks of resting and does so in of the most spectacular and historic circuits in the World. 

 

• Mari Boya is back in action after a positive first half of the season and with possibilities to keep adding good performances to his record.

Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine is back in action at Spa-Francorchamps Circuit (Belgium), which hosts round 6 of the season. The championship is back after five weeks of inactivity. Mari Boya faces the race weekend the objective of starting the second half of the season ready to keep showing his potential.

Spa-Francorchamps Circuit is one of the best in the World. The Belgian track has 20 corners and 7 kilometres, and is the longest on the schedule. The unique environment where it is found, at the Ardennes Forests, gives it an incomparable visual attractive. Some of the corners in Spa, which hosts Formula 1 Belgian Grand Prix, are among the most known in motorsport, like Eau Rouge, Blanchimont or La Source.

After the break, Boya arrives in Spa with restored energies. His season is going by positively, and the goals are being reached. The Van Amersfoort Racing driver has scored points in most races and expects to keep being that consistent in the second half of the year.

On the previous round, in Zandvoort, Boya scored points in both races and proved to be one of the fastest drivers in qualifying. In Spa, he will try to keep this positive, consistent momentum. His season is highlighting him as one of the most promising drivers in a very competitive grid.
